- Standing at the long edge of the bench
Position of the patient:
- Supine lying position
- Arm of the wrist to be treated on the bench
Hand placement:
- Therapist grabs the patient’s hand with both hands
- Thumbs placed on the capitate bone from dorsally
- Index fingers placed on the capitate bone from palmar
Impuls:
- Elbow moved into extension
- Wrist moved into dorsiflexion
- Fingers around capitate apply slight traction into distal and palmar direction
