- Supine lying position
- Side to be manipulated over the long edge of the bench
- Patient’s flexed leg fixated between therapist’s thorax and arm
Hand placement:
- Both hands over the anterior superior iliac spine
- Therapist’s thigh under the ischial tuberosity
Direction of the manipulation:
- Dorsomedial
