Position of the patient:
- Supine lying position
- Arm in slight abduction supported on the bench
Hand placement:
- Ipsilateral hand grabs patient’s wrist
- Supinated forearm of contralateral hand placed as close as possible into the patient’s elbow crease from lateral
Impuls:
- Elbow flexion by ipsilateral hand
