Position of the patient:
- Supine lying position
- Forearm in slight pronation
Hand placement:
- Ipsilateral hand grabs the patient’s wrist
- Support patient’s forearm with other hand proximally
- Alternative: Patient’s arm is fixated between therapist’s arm and upper body. Then both hands grab onto the patient’s forearm close to the elbow
