- Standing lateral to the arm to be treated
Position of the patient:
- Supine lying position
Hand placement:
- Ipsilateral hand grabs the distal radius
- Contralateral hand supports shaft of the ulna proximally and the thumb of that hand is placed dorsally to the head of the radius
Impuls:
- Pressure applied to the radius under slight traction and a high velocity extension of the elbow
