- Stand lateral to the patient in a split stance facing cranially
Position of the patient:
- Supine crook-lying close to the examiner
- Bench adjusted to therapist’s thigh level
- Hands in neck with elbows together
Hand placement:
- Pistol grip on lower segment to be manipulated
Impuls:
- Patient lifts pelvis and impuls is added into dorsocranial direction
