- Standing at the long edge of the bench at the side to be treated
Position of the patient:
- Supine lying position
- Foot in dorsiflexion and slight eversion
- Leg is picked up from the bench
Hand placement:
- Ipsilateral hand grabs proximal 1st metatarsal from medial
- Other hand placed on top
- Forearms are in a straight line
Impuls:
- Pivot manipulation in plantar direction
