Position of the therapist:
- Standing or sitting medial to the foot to be examined/treated
Position of the patient:
- Supine lying position
- Foot placed over edge of the bench
Hand placement:
- Ipsilateral hand fixates the talus from dorsal
- Hypothenar of contralateral hand placed on cuboid from plantar
- Moving distally:
- Fixation of the cuboid bone
- Hypothenar of other hand under 4th and 5th metatarsal
Direction:
- Roll and glide into dorsal and lateral direction
