Execution:
- The patient is in sitting position with his elbow resting on the treatment table
- The examiner then fixates the patient’s radius and ulna with one hand close to the joint line
- The examiner then grabs the patient’s wrist from radial at the height of the patient’s metacarpals and brings his patient’s wrist into maximal ulnar deviation under axial compression
Positive Outcome: The patient’s pain on the ulnar side is reproduced with a click or crepitations
