Execution:
- The patient is in supine lying position
- The examiner places the patient’s arm in 120° of abduction and neutral forearm rotation
- The shoulder is then maximally externally rotated
- The patient is asked to supinate the forearm against resistance
Positive Outcome: Increased concordant pain with resisted supination
