- The patient brings his arm into 90° abduction and maximal external rotation with the elbow flexed to 90°.
- The patient steps forward with the contralateral leg and tries to mimick a throw, while the examiner gives isometric resistance at the patient’s wrist
Positive Outcome: Reproduction of pain felt inside the glenohumeral joint
