Execution:
- Patient has had a positive Apprehension and Relocation Test
- Patients shoulder is in 90° of abduction and maximal external rotation, while the examiner performs an AP glide on the humerus
- The examiner suddenly releases the AP pressure without telling the patient
Positive Outcome: Patient’s fear of luxation returns after the AP pressure on the humerus is released
