Execution:
- The patient is standing
- Ask the patient to put the hand of the painful shoulder on top of the other shoulder
- Patient flexes the shoulder to 90° (elbow pointing forwards)
- Patient is asked to apply downward pressure on opposite shoulder
Positive Outcome: Weakness and/or pain compared to the other side
