Execution:
- The examiner manually palpates the patient’s acromioclavicular (AC) joint and records the patient’s pain response on a VAS scale
- The examiner manually palpates the patient’s subacromial space records the patient’s pain response on a VAS scale
- The examiner manually palpates the patient’s coracoid process and records the patient’s pain response on a VAS scale
Positive Outcome: Diagnosis of true Frozen Shoulder if pain upon palpation of the coracoid process is at least 30mm higher than upon palpation of the AC joint and subacromial space

| Comment: This test seems to be a great test to rule in and out Frozen shoulder when compared to other shoulder pathologies. Although this is the only (high) quality study that has evaluated this test, it seems that this test is of very good validity. | |||||
