Execution:
- The examiner’s thumb rests on the posterolateral aspect of the acromion and the index and long fingers superiorly on the midpart of the clavicle
- The examiner then applies pressure with the thumb in an anterosuperior direction and into inferior direction on the clavicle with the other fingers
Positive Outcome: Pain on top of the shoulder in the area of the AC joint
