Cross Body Adduction Test

Execution:

  1. Patient is in sitting position
  2. The patient’s shoulder is flexed to 90° and passively brought into maximal horizontal adduction by the examiner

 

Positive Outcome: Pain on top of the shoulder in the area of the AC joint
