Execution:
- Patient is in sitting position
- The examiner places the heel of one hand against the patient’s scapular spine and the heel of the other hand against the clavicle
- Then the examiner squeezes both palms together to create a shear force in the patient’s AC joint
Positive Outcome: Abnormal movement at the AC joint compared to the other side and possible pain provocation
