AC Joint Provocation Cluster by Chronopoulos

Execution:

  1. Perform the Cross Body Adduction Test
  2. Perform the AC Resisted Extension / AC Shear Test
  3. Perform the Active Compression Test of O’Brien

 

Positive Outcome: Pain on top of the shoulder in the area of the AC joint (for the first two tests) and patient experiences less pain with the second testing position during the Active Compression test than in the first position
