Crossed Straight Leg Raise Test / Crossed Over Lasègue | Radicular Pain

Execution:

  1. Patient is in supine lying position
  2. The examiner passively flexes the patient’s leg at the hip (with a fully extended knee) on the side where they do not experience radicular symptoms until symptoms occur in the other leg that is left on the table

 

Positive Outcome: Patient reports shooting pain down the other leg that is left on the table
