Execution:
- Patient is in supine lying position with the tested knee fully flexed
- The examiner rotates the tibia medially and brings the knee into extension. This process is repeated several times with a different angle of knee flexion
- The examiner then rotates the tibia laterally and repeats the steps from above
Positive Outcome: The patient experiences clicking, locking or pain in the tested knee
