Execution:
- Patient is standing on the affected leg
- Then the patient is asked to bend the knee to 30° to 40° of knee flexion, which brings the ITB into direct contact with the prominent lateral femoral epicondyle
- Optional: The patient can hold on to the wall or a chair for support if needed
Positive Outcome: Patients complaints of severe pain over the lateral epicondyle at around 30° of knee flexion
