External Rotation Stinchfield Test | Core Muscle Injuries

Execution:

  1. The patient lies in supine position
  2. The examiner places the affected leg into full extension and external rotation
  3. The patient is asked to lift the extended leg off the table against the examiner’s resistance

Positive Outcome: Reproduction of familiar pubic or groin pain
