Execution:
- Patient is in sitting position
- The patient’s elbow is flexed to 20° and the forearm supinated
- The examiner places the middle and index finger on the ulnar nerve immediately proximal to the cubital tunnel
- Pressure is applied for a total of 60 seconds
- The test is reproduced on the other side
Positive Outcome: Numbness or paresthesia in the distribution of the ulnar nerve are reproduced
