Mill‘s Test | Lateral Epicondyalgia / Tennis Elbow

Execution:

  1. Patient is in sitting or standing position
  2. The examiner fixates the forearm while palpating the lateral epicondyle with the thumb
  3. The examiner then passively pronates the forearm, flexes the wrist and extends the elbow maximally

 

Positive Outcome: Sudden pain at the lateral epicondyle is reproduced
