Execution:
- Patient is in sitting or standing position
- The examiner fixates the forearm while palpating the medial epicondyle with the thumb
- The examiner then supinates the patient’s forearm and brings the elbow into maximal extension
Positive Outcome: Sudden pain at the medial epicondyle is reproduced
