Execution:
- Patient is in a comfortable sitting position with the arm on the table, elbow extended (different from the video)
- The examiner fixates the forearm while palpating the lateral epicondyle with the thumb
- The patient is then asked to make a fist, pronate the forearm and radially deviate and extend the wrist against the examiner’s resistance
Positive Outcome: Sudden pain at the lateral epicondyle is reproduced
