Execution:
- Perform the ULTT/ULNT A/1
- Evaluate if cervical rotation in the painful direction is less than 60°
- Perform the traction/distraction test in case the patient is experiencing arm pain/paresthesia at the moment
- Perform the Spurling’s test
Positive Outcome: Three or more positive tests of the abovementioned test combination

Comment: The Cluster of Wainner can be used to confirm cervical radicular syndrome. However, the confidence intervals were very wide and the study was conducted in secondary care. |
