Execution:
- Patient is in supine lying position
- The examiner squeezes the tibia and fibula together, starting from proximally and moving distally
Positive Outcome: Pain between the tibia and fibula, given that a fracture, contusion or compartment syndrome have been rule out. According to Nussbaum et al. (2002) the length above the malleloli indicates severity
