Execution:
- Patient is in side-lying position and the examiner is standing behind the patient
- The examiner then stabilizes the distal tibia with one hand and translates the fibula anteriorly and posteriorly with the other hand
Positive Outcome: Pain provocation during the translations or more movement felt on the affected side compared to the other side
