Execution:
- Patient is in supine lying position with the ankle hanging off the table with the foot as relaxed as possible
- The examiner places the base of his palm over the patient’s heel with one hand and stabilizes the tibia with the other hand
- Then, a thrust is applied horizontally to the heel
Positive Outcome: Reproduction of posterior ankle pain
