Execution:
- The patient is sitting position
- The patient’s forearm and hand are placed on the examination table
- The examiner fixates the lunate with a pinchgrip with one hand
- The examiner grabs the triquetrum with the other hand and translates it in dorso-palmar direction
Positive Outcome: Noticeable laxity compared to the unaffected hand as well as the reproduction of the patients painful symptoms
