Patient’s head resting on therapist’s forearm
Hand placement:
MCP 2 of working hand on patient’s mastoid process
Thumb rests on patient’s zygomatic bone
Movement:
Lateral flexion towards the therapist by translating the MCP-2 in mediocaudal direction, while assisting this movement with the forearm. The movement takes place around a sagittal axis through the patient’s nose.
