The Cluster of van der Wurff consists of the following 5 tests: Distraction Test, Compression Test, Thigh Thrust Test, Patrick Sign, Gaenslen Test.
Positive Outcome: The diagnosis of a painful SIJ is given for 3 or more positive tests out of 5
The SIJ as source of nociception is rejected if less than 3 tests are positive
