The Cluster consists of the following items:
- Gait deviation
- Positive Hoffman’s Sign
- Positive Inverted Supinator Sign
- Positive Babinski Sign
- Age > 45 years
Positive Outcome:3 or more out of 5 to confirm CSM or 1 or less to rule out CSM
