The Cluster Items are:

  1. Retropatellar pain during muscle contraction of the quadriceps against resistance of the examiner
  2. Pain reported by the patient during squatting
  3. Pain during peripatellar palpation

 

Positive Outcome: Any 2 out of 3 items positive
