Biceps Load II Test

Execution:

  1. The patient is in supine lying position
  2. The patient’s shoulder is abducted to 110° and the forearm is fully supinated
  3. The patient is then asked to flex the elbow against the resistance of the examiner

 

Positive Outcome: Patient experiences familiar shoulder pain during resisted elbow flexion
