Execution:
- The patient is in sitting position with the volar aspect of the wrist on the table
- The examiner fixates the last three digits with one hand, applies an adduction force to the index finger, and asks the patient to resist this force
Positive Outcome: Decreased strength rated with the MRC scale compared to the other side
